1. Reservations are suggested early as possible, especially when cities in their busy time.
2. Hotel bookings and City Packages are accepted at no less than 3 working days to arrival
3. Escorted Tours reservations should be made at least 21 days to departure, especially when there are timely deliveries of documents.
4. All bookings are subject to availability.
5. All bookings will be assumed full guarantee and acceptance of the agent at the time of Harvest Tours' confirmation, cancellation procedures and policies will immediately apply
6. Harvest Tours does not do reconfirmation with you on confirmed bookings. All bookings are assuming full acceptance by the clients at time of confirmation.
7. Any name and/or date changes are re-booking - cancel of the original confirmation and new booking to make, rates and availabilities could change and subject to penalty to cancellation of original bookings
8. Rates are calculated in average per total length of stay, any changes will alter the rates
9. There are Hotels Resort Fees, they are not included in our hotel/package/service rates and clients pay directly to hotel upon check-in
10. There are Non-Smoking Hotels and are Non-Smoking Rooms. It will be room cleaning fee of USD300 or more, when smoke if found by evidence or smell in your room and you will be charged at after your check-out time. So please do report immediately to hotel if you are checked into a room when smoke smell and/or evidences are found, or you will be accounted to the charge
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Hotel bookings and City Packages will be accepted at no less than 3 working days to arrival and escorted tours are at no less than 10 working days to arrival. Last minute bookings are subject to space availabilities, and Harvest Tours must have full guaranteed payment before request is to process. Once booking is confirmed, full cancellation policies immediately apply and penalty to any changes. However, if the service is not available as requested, alternates will be offered and time will be given for acceptance.
Working days and hours are Monday to Friday at 9am to 5pm of North America Pacific time, and not including all public holidays
Harvest Tours do not responsible for all entry-visa requirements into U.S.A. and/or Canada from any countries. Entry-visa matters are not excepted and/or excused from cancellation policies.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE SERVICE
Foreign language guides may be requested for the independent City Packages at a surcharge, and they are subject to availability.
Hotel service charge and meal gratuities are included in the inclusive packages. Tipping is not included to drivers, guides and tour Conductors/Directors. However, any included gratuities are on basic minimum, extra would be appreciated if you enjoy the services.
All rates are including the Provincial City Tax at time of this tariff on 01-Oct at a year prior to this tariff validation year, they are subject to change with no prior notice.
Hotel accommodation - Triple Occupancy rates are all based on existing beddings only, cots and/or rollaway beds are not included.
All accommodations are based on 'run-of-the-house'. The right is reserved to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar category, when necessary in certain situations. Harvest Tours do not hold responsible for all hotel over-booking situations when the hotel relocate individuals. However, we will do our utmost to ensure this relocation will be to another property of similar category as if situation allows.
All hotel check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is before 12-noon.
A. Hotel Only - No deposit is required.
B. City Packages and Escorted Tours - A deposit of $100.00 per person is due within 10 days of booking, but if bookings are within 21 days to arrival then full payment is immediately due upon confirmation.
Harvest Tours must receive Balance of payment at no later than 14 days to the tours and/or services date. Failure to comply may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of deposits. All last minute booking (as noted above) must be accompanied by full guaranteed payment.
Harvest Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking if deposit and/or payment is not received, and cancellation charge will apply.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
For your convenience, Harvest Tours accepts the following payment methods:
A. Money Order or Bank Draft payable to Harvest Tours Inc
B. Direct Bank Transfer
C. Credit Card payment with additional 3.75% credit card service charge
Notification of cancellations must be in writing of either by fax or e-mail and they must only be sent directly to Harvest Tours booking office. Cancellation charges are calculated as based on the date that Harvest Tours receives such notification. Cancellations sent to Harvest Tours during non-business hours are considered to be received at the first business hour following.
Hotel Bookings – Normal Cancellation Policy (there are exceptions)
A. No charge if cancellations are received more than 7 days to the day of arrival
B. One night charge if cancellations are within 7 days to 73 hours to the day of arrival
C. Minimum one nights room charge and may be full charges, if cancellations are within 72 hours to the day of arrival
D. No refund to all no shows.
E. No refund on unused room nights
City Packages and Escorted Tours
Normal Cancellation Policy (there are exceptions)
A. No charge if cancellations at more than 21-days to arrival.
B. USD100 penalty charge per booking, if cancels within 15 to 21 working days to arrival.
C. USD250 penalty charge per booking, if cancels within 8 to 14 working days to arrival.
D. No refund on all bookings within 7 working days to arrival
E. No refund on all no shows
F. No refund on any unused services, arrangements and/or hotel rooms
G. Bookings of 6 people or more, no refund if cancels within 21 working days to arrival
Harvest Tours, Inc. reserves all rights.
Harvest Tours, Inc. acts only as an agent and/or intermediary for the independent suppliers and/or contractors providing transportation, accommodations and other related travel services. Harvest Tours assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident with any services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, strikes, war declared or undeclared, government regulations, thefts, fair of any means, discrepancies or changes over which it has no control. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made when necessary for the comfort and safely of the tour participants. The right is reserved also to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour member at any time. Harvest Tours's responsibility is very limited.
All claims against Harvest Tours must be received, in writing, no later than 14 days after the last day of services, or it will not be considered.
TRAVELERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
You must report any disability requiring special attention to Harvest Tours at the time the reservation is made. Harvest Tours will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Most transportation services, including the touring motor coach, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their wellbeing. Motorized scooters are unsuitable for traveling with our tours/packages. This is no exemption of any cancellation policies to any reservations due to the disability matters, nor be any refunds and/or substations to any unused services due to this kind at before and/or during the tour
